-BBQ BASH-
BBQ pulled pork, tender and juicy... Just the way you like it. Specially seasoned and loaded onto bulky rolls. Served with slaw, baked beans and macaroni and cheese.
-GETTIN' GRILLED-
BBQ or Italian boneless chicken grilled with our own mixture of sauces and seasoning. Paired with grilled fresh vegetables, garden salad, rolls and your choice of potato.
-TACO TUESDAY-
Who doesn't love Taco night? And it doesn't even have to be Tuesday! Fill up your hard or soft taco shells with our seasoned high quality ground beef, seasoned grilled chicken, black beans, shredded Cheddar/Monterey jack cheese, fresh shredded lettuce, freshly diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, sour cream, salsa and guacamole. Served with tortilla chips and house salad.

Not just any quesadillas...Wicked Awesome Quesadillas! Each one made to order for you and your guests, just like we do at fairs and festivals! Custom Loaded Dillas are made to order, while chicken and cheese Dillas are served Buffet Style for quicker service, with salad and rolls on the side.

The Bar is a custom built, live edge service area, with all the character and charm that comes with the beauty of real wood. Two lively and fun bartenders are behind the bar to keep you in spirits, and having a good time.
